Dalyan villa rental details

About Villa TekYon
When you walk through the door of our Villa you are greeted by the modern appeal and charm of it . The Sitting area and Kitchen are open plan and can be reached by a seperating door. The Sitting area is light and airy and has the added benefit of Satellite TV. The Kitchen is a well equipped area. In the Kitchen itself there is an Oven and Gas Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher, Fridge and Dining Table. Due to the design of the Villa it stays very cool inside in the summer months so you may not even need to use the Air Conditioning except in very hot periods. There is a downstairs toilet located to the right as you enter. Before you go upstairs you will notice a Washing Machine and Iron/Ironing board nicely tucked away in a cupboard. Once you have climbed the stairs you will notice 4 rooms leading off from the landing. There is the large main Double Room with an ensuite (including a bath as well as a shower which is rare in Turkey) and a balcony with a spectacular Mountain Views. There are another 2 Double Rooms that both lead onto a balcony which overlook the Swimming Pool. The main bathroom which also has a bath is located on the landing. The Villa has Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and sitting area. There is an inbuilt safe in the villa for your added peace of mind. There are hairdryers for use in the villa. There are sliding doors leading to a big terrace that runs from the front of the Villa to the back, so there is plenty of room to sit or sunbathe. There are sunbeds, outside table & chairs and a BBQ for use around the pool and on the terrace. The Private Pool is a great feature of the Villa with its great size and also due to it being kidney shaped. At night it looks stunning lit up. (Pool is open between 1st May - 31st October) This Villa sleeps 6 people. This is a great villa for relaxing and chilling out in the perfect climate and we know for sure you will have a very enjoyable stay in our home.

Area of Villa
There is plenty for you to do or not to do nearby. There are all kinds of trips that can be arranged to the Mudbaths, Boat trips, Markets, the Beach, Kaunos (ancient city). Also Dalyan itself has plenty of Shops, a Saturday market and many Restaurants to keep you entertained for your visit. The Villa itself is located in a sought after area in Dalyan - which is peaceful. The Villa has spectacular Mountain views and a lovely Private Garden and Pool area for you to enjoy. A car is recommended but not essential for your stay in this villa. There is off road parking at this villa.
