This Modern Spacious 5 bedroomed Triplex Villa feels Fresh and Light as soon as you walk inside. The Villa boasts an open plan Lounge & Dining area with adjoining Kitchen. There is a dining table, 2 large sofas, TV, DVD & Air conditioning. There are 2 Balconies leading off from the Lounge and Kitchen area which make pleasant and enjoyable sitting places. Also there is a downstairs Bathroom with Shower and WC. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms(2 Doubles and 1 Twin) All bedrooms have access to private balconies. There is a Bathroom also on this floor with Shower and WC. As you climb the next flight of stairs you reach the Private Terrace overlooking the fields, it is a pleasure to sit up here either during the day in the cool breeze on a warm summers evening and admire the views or the stars. On this floor there is a Single Bedroom and another Bedroom with 2 Sofa Beds. There is also another Bathroom (making 3 in total). The large Garden and Pool area make a relaxing and charming place to sit amongst the various fruit trees.The Villa is located just 15 minutes walk into the Centre of Dalyan. There are supermarkets close by. Sleeps 9.
