Dalyan villa rental details

Villa Gunes
Villa Günes is fully air-conditioned and has accommodation for up to 8 people. The villa is situated approximately 12 minutes walk from the centre of Dalyan and has mountain views and is adjacent to an orange grove. The property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and also includes oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher iron and ironing board. The garden is landscaped with its own private pool. There is a shallow area for children. There is also a barbecue. The villa was built new for us in 2005 and has been fully equipped to a high standard. Its location is ideal combining a quiet semi-rural position (where the Turkish people live, not the tourists!) but is only a pleasant stroll from the centre of Dalyan.

Villa Gunes is the second villa we have had built within the last twelve months in Dalyan. This is a magical place which makes you want to come back time and time again!

There are sofa beds at ground floor to accommodate 2 persons. A baby cot and high chair is available. There are views of the mountains beyond.

Sleeping:
The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double,1 twin and a cot, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has double sofa beds located in the Lounge Area. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The villa has television with dvd. The music system will play cassettes, radio.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
