Gocek
Gocek is a very upmarket Yachting Resort. It
has a wide array of shops but is not over commercialised. There are many
great restaurants and bars to choose from that overlook the Marina and its
wonderful views.
Fethiye
Fethiye is a large town with
many shops. It boasts a wonderful harbour and has several beaches
nearby. There are many restaurants lining the harbour promenade with all
offer differing views of the boats and the backdrop of mountains. There
is a great backstreet area with many unusual shops and the famous 'Fish Market'
where you can buy the days freshly caught fish.
Oludeniz
Oludeniz or 'Blue Lagoon' as it is more commonly
known is the most famous beach in Turkey. It has
many visitors each year and is very popular. There are many restaurants
and cafes to eat out at while visiting there.
Koycegiz
Koycegiz is a typical old fashioned TurkishTown with a handful
of restaurants and a small town centre. Every Monday is Market Day and
the town becomes alive with many shoppers. The restaurants overlook the
magnificent Koycegiz Lake.
Marmaris
Marmaris is a popular resort visited by many. It has the largest Marina in Turkey and has a large beach. There are lots of restaurants and many places to shop including big supermarkets, Gold Centres. Marmaris also has a very hectic nightlife.
Ekincik
Ekincik is a beautiful bay that will take your breath away. It has a lovely quiet beach with soem restaurants at the edge. It is in a traquil location. Ekincik is a majoe stopping point for Yachts that cruise between Marmaris and Gocek. Ekincik is best visited by boat.
Sarigerme
Sarigerme is a beach resort along the coast close
to DalamanAirport. It has
a wide variety of International Hotel chains. Sarigerme has a large beach
offering a wide range of Watersports. There is a small town
with a variety of shops and restaurants.
