Property, Garden & Pool Management
For Customers
wanting a Full Property, Pool and Garden Management Service.
Services
Offered:
- Weekly checking and
airing of the Property and additional checks after any extraordinary
weather.
- Grass Cutting, Plant Care
and Watering of Garden. (Daily in Summer Months and as required during
Winter Months)
- Pool Chemicals added as necessary.
- Turning on of Pool Pump
every morning and off again in the evening to filter Pool and circulate
Chemicals.
- Ph level of Pool checked
and monitored according to the required schedule. (Pool will be open between 1st May to 31st
October each year)
- We will arrange quotes
for repairs and improvements if required from local Tradesman.
- If you decide to get any
work carried out we will monitor the Tradesman and send you photos of work
carried out.
- Collecting and Paying of
Utility Bills to ensure supplies are not cut off.
- Arranging of Earthquake
and Household Insurance if required.
- Setting Up and Laying
Out of Garden Furniture before Owner/Guest Arrival.
- Water, Electric and Gas
Supplies turned on in preparation of Owner/Guest Arrival and off again
after their departure. (If
necessary)
- Fridge and Boiler turned
on in preparation of Owner/Guest Arrival and off again after their departure.
(If necessary)
- Checking of light bulbs
and replacing where necessary.
- 24 Hour Contact Number
for Owners/Guests to contact if they need any help or advice.
- Key handover to Guests
if required.
- Secure Key Holding
Service.

Property Checking Service
For Customers
who already have a company looking after their Property Management, but would
like their Property to be regularly checked on.
Services
Offered:
- Weekly Property Check
- Regular Airing of
Property
- Checking on Windows and
Doors for Security and additionally after Severe Weather.
- Checking the Interior of
the Property for signs of any problems. (such as Damp)
Price per Property per annum:
£120 (£10 per month)
